The Adani Foundation, in collaboration with Citizen Foundation, distributed umbrellas to traffic police personnel in Ranchi on Thursday as part of a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at supporting officers performing outdoor duties during the monsoon season. The distribution programme was held at the office of the Superintendent of Police (Traffic) in Ranchi.
Support for Personnel on Outdoor Duty
The initiative was designed to provide practical assistance to traffic police personnel who remain on roads for long hours despite adverse weather conditions. The organisers said the umbrellas would help officers carry out traffic management duties more comfortably and efficiently during the rainy season.
